I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit outdated. Overall, a solid choice for a relaxing getaway!

Very clean and cute. It’s better than you would expect for a hotel of this price. It’s an older building but they keep it nice. The outside is very pretty with lots of greenery. The hotel staff who checked us in was warm welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Stayed here recently during an event I attended in LA. Location of the property was easy to find and very safe. They have more parking in back and that felt very secure as well. If you are looking for somewhere to have a good nights sleep and a clean shower, this is the place. If you're looking for fancy, I'd search elsewhere. This did suit our needs, I will say though that the only real issue I had was that there was only 2 pillows on the bed. I am not used to this staying anywhere. I am sure I could have asked for another set but after walking all day, I was exhausted.

Honestly great. We stayed here before a cruise. Very affordable, quaint, old but clean. There’s a tele-checkin and checkout which is super cool bc you’re essentially facetiming a real person to complete the process.

4 star rating is because I see a lot of potential in this property!! First of all I love the virtual assistant live! Both assistance were amazing and helpful. Not sure why people thought it was a bad experience. Anywho, about the hotel basically it comes down to you get what you paid for. I’m definitely not bougie and I was looking for something cheap for a quick getaway for one night. Definitely wouldn’t stay for multiple nights. I believe this hotel can be top notch if they can get someone to do some simple things to make it better. The bathroom door for instance wouldn’t close not a big thing for me but it would be nice if it closed correctly. I’m pretty sure it’s because of the moisture collecting from taking a hot shower and not enough ventilation. Not only does the window not help they also need to install a bathroom fan to help with that! Also they need weather stripping on the bottom of the front door to keep bugs away. If you know there’s huge roaches everywhere you go in LA even when we are walked the Hollywood Walk of Fame they’re everywhere but with a simple fix that will prevent them from coming in BUT I didn’t see any in my room. So that was a huge plus. USB outlets would be a nice touch and not expensive to do. The TV has no selection it’s possible that they can get some type of streaming service to the room and rearranging things in the room would also benefit how things function when getting ready. Wall decor is a must and I didn’t see any. I’m a property manager so I see things that can make this property better and to improve on your ratings. Simple little improvements can make this place amazing and a perfect getaway for multiple nights!

I loved staying at this motel. The rooms were clean and quiet. The price was great and there was plenty of free parking. Checking in was a breeze and I want to specifically say how incredible Rick the front host was at giving stellar customer service. He was always super helpful and when we checked out he reached out to me to see if I had left my headphones. They turned out not to be mine but I was so impressed that he took the time to do that. I would stay here every time I’m in this area. My one wish is that the room we stayed in had another plug or 2 in the main room but other than that a perfect stay!

This place is an absolute gem. Friendly staff, quiet even though it’s in a major road, very clean and well-appointed rooms with fridges and bathtubs. I love the blue towels and comfy top blanket. Good TV choices, very nice price. Close to the Rose Bowl, Burbank, Hollywood, etc and they have great landscaping and a nice pool. Thank you for a great stay!

Service was quick and fast and Nathan customer service is outstanding

The rooms were barebonea and nothing special but clean and the water pressure was good in the shower. Also it was all automated. You got buzzed into the lobby and a person on a big computer kiosk waited on you. They could have very well been serving you from India for all I know. However the location was amazing and I loved the neighborhood. It was a nice little pool too but I didn't get a chance to try it out.

We stayed in a few motels during our week stay in CA and this was the best one. The room was spotless clean and the bathroom was so clean with blue, not typical motel white, towels and they were soft! The carpet was clean and the bedspread was cozy soft. The motel is in a quiet, clean residential neighborhood and the front desk clerk is so friendly and helpful. Do I need to say more?!
